Alfredo from Eurotec is a very experienced and professional consultant. He came to measure and provide a quote for the roller shutters at our house, and he was always on time. His measurements were accurate and carefully done, and he took the time to work through some difficult corners to find suitable installation solutions.

All the measurements turned out to fit our windows perfectly. I would also like to mention Bruce, the installer, who has been working with Eurotec for decades—he did a fantastic job. Jordan, the electrician, was also excellent, offering practical solutions and cleaning up thoroughly after the work.

She is particular and a little fussy but she said Maree was so patient with her and listened to her concerns. We very recently had shutters and cafe blinds installed throughout our house and alfresco area. Due to this being an expensive purchase we did not want it to go wrong. Going with Eurotec was a totally enjoyable and professional experience.  From the Rep, to the office, to the electrician, to the installers....all were very easy to work with. The office (Marie) always returned your call very quickly with any queries we may have had. They kept to the date given for installation and were prompt. 3 years ago they installed all rolling shutters for my house, and this month I called them to add an extra sliding door. Their customer service is always good, reliable quality, competitive prices, and both two installers did on site job like an artist.
